Eligibility Criteria
Age -18 Years and Above (There is no upper limit)
Min Qualification -10th Pass
Documents Required
Education certificates (10th to Highest)-Two copies
PAN card-Two copies
Address Proof-Two copies
Aadhar Card-Two copies
Passport sized photos-Four copies
Photo copy of cheque leaf / front page of pass book ( All commissions will be directly credited into your bank account. Therefore details including Bank Account number, IFSC and MICR are required)
Procedure
Step 1 : Registration and submission of Documents
Register online in the registration page of this website. Star Health representative will meet you in person to collect the above mentioned documents and fees.
Step 2 : Training
You will be provided training by Star Health experts. You will also be provided with training material. You will then appear for an IRDAI exam conducted by NSEIT. (It is a computer based exam. All the questions are of Multiple choice type with no negative marking. Securing 17/50 marks is good enough pass exam)
Step 3 : Licensing
On successful completion of the examination you will be awarded an Star Health agency by the Branch Manager. You are now good to start your business and earn handsome commissions!
